This is the perfect dish that can double as a lunch or aside dish for parties and event. Disclosure: I did not create this one. I was lucky to find this on social media. I did add my own tweaks, but it's very close to the original. A huge thanks to Chef Bae for creating this treat!
Ingredients
1 pound Grilled Chicken
6 strips of Bacon
1 Bunch of Romaine Lettuce
1.5 cup Rotini Pasta
Your Favorite Caesar Dressing
Your Favorite Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese
Directions:
Boil pasta until tender.
Season chicken with your favorite spices
Grill until brown on both sides and no longer pink in the inside.
Chop your lettuce.
Chop your chicken.
Chop your bacon.
Layer your ingredients in a large bowl begining with the pasta, then follow with the chicken, lettuce and bacon.
Add desired amounts of both dressings (I used about 1/2 cup caesar and 1/4 cup of ranch, you may prefer more or less), add black pepper, cheese and toss.
Serve with warm french bread.
